Privacy & Security

Audova™ is a clinical coaching tool for physicians. This page explains what we collect, how it is protected and the control clinicians keep over their data.

Data we process

Encounter audio and its transcript, the generated report, and the account details you provide (name, email, professional role and intended use). Waitlist submissions are used only to contact you about early access.

HIPAA & GDPR

Audova™ is designed to align with HIPAA safeguards and GDPR principles: lawful basis, data minimisation, purpose limitation and the right to access, correct or delete your data. Audio and transcripts are never used to train models.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is limited to the clinician who owns the session; Audova™ is a personal coaching tool, not an evaluation or supervision system. Retention is controlled by the clinician for every session.

Cookies & advertising measurement

We use the Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms) to measure page views and waitlist sign-ups that come from our ads, and to help optimise ad delivery. It collects technical data such as pages visited, browser/device information, IP address and cookie identifiers, which are sent to Meta. We do not send your name, email or clinical data. In the EU/EEA, UK, Switzerland and Brazil the Pixel only runs after you accept it; we store your choice, its date and the notice version in your browser. You can withdraw or change your choice at any time below.
