Audova™ is a clinical coaching tool for physicians. This page explains what we collect, how it is protected and the control clinicians keep over their data.
Data we process
Encounter audio and its transcript, the generated report, and the account details you provide (name, email, professional role and intended use). Waitlist submissions are used only to contact you about early access.
HIPAA & GDPR
Audova™ is designed to align with HIPAA safeguards and GDPR principles: lawful basis, data minimisation, purpose limitation and the right to access, correct or delete your data. Audio and transcripts are never used to train models.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is limited to the clinician who owns the session; Audova™ is a personal coaching tool, not an evaluation or supervision system. Retention is controlled by the clinician for every session.
